A 14-day free trial is available for the Starter, Professional and Business plans, with no credit card required. Enterprise plans are custom — contact us for details.
SMS OTP delivery uses a credit-based system with zone-based rates. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; further details will be available at launch.
Your existing secrets remain encrypted and accessible until they expire. You will not be able to create new secrets beyond your new plan's monthly limit.
Each plan has a defined audit-log retention window, documented in our Data Retention Policy. On Business and Enterprise plans, entries approaching the end of the window trigger an advance notice with a grace period, and the workspace owner can request an export of the affected audit logs before deletion proceeds. The export covers audit logs, not other product data. Enterprise contracts can extend retention.
Not currently. CifraVault is a hosted service: secret content, encryption keys and audit logs are stored on infrastructure in the European Union, while content delivery and payment processing also involve providers outside the EU under documented transfer safeguards. Dedicated instance options may be available for Enterprise customers.
At launch, all major credit and debit cards will be accepted, processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider. Invoicing is available for Enterprise plans.
