When you sign up, you get 14 days of full access to the Professional plan at no cost. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or your account reverts to Starter.
Your existing secrets remain encrypted and accessible until they expire. You will not be able to create new secrets beyond your new plan's monthly limit.
SMS OTP delivery uses a credit-based system with zone-based rates. Credits are purchased separately from your plan subscription. Details will be available at launch.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Not currently. CifraVault is a hosted service with EU data residency. All data is stored within the European Union. Dedicated instance options may be available for Enterprise customers.
We use Stripe for billing. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Invoicing is available for Enterprise plans.
